Our Return Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

Refunds are only made once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer. No refunds are made for products that are in transit still to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.

By purchasing through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we make returns and refunds if the customer is unsatisfied. Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 21 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, if it has been 21 days since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund.

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
  • Your invoice must accompany all returns as proof of purchase.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure you send your item(s) back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. In addition, please package the product(s) securely.
  • Return shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Somni reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our Return Policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to avoid any damage or defect with your products; however, if upon receipt of the product(s), you find it is defective or damaged, and you need to exchange the product for the same or require a refund, please contact us through our contact information. Only in these cases will we assume the value of the shipment. In case you request a refund, the value of the shipment will also be refunded.

The refund application must contain the following:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Proof of the damage or defect of the product(s) (photo or video).
4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.

5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to change the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
